Getting Started:
A Short Phone Conversation is all it takes to get started. We will then meet in your home with involved family members to assess your needs. We will develop a care plan that will allow you to maintain a stress free life with dignity. Together we will choose the caregiver that is the best possible match to your needs and your schedule. After a schedule is established, we will provide you with the same caregivers so you can establish a trust. We then maintain contact with the caregivers to help ensure that your needs are met.
The Best Caregivers:
- Character is our foremost consideration when interviewing a perspective caregiver.
- They must have impressive references. (private duty clients, hospitals, nursing homes, hospices; also personal and character references)
- They must be mature, caring, and experienced.
- They must be reliable well beyond average expectations.
- References are carefully checked and scrutinized.
- Two separate screenings.
- Personal character evaluations.
- Written proficiency examinations.
- Caregivers are treated as family so our turn over is extremely low.
